likely authenticity or characteristics of an item based solely upon the

“Service” means any authentication, report, consultation, software, API,
or related offering provided by Bennisson.

NATURE OF THE SERVICE

Unless Bennisson expressly states otherwise in writing, online
authentication services are performed using photographs, videos,
documents, metadata, serial numbers, and other information supplied by
customers or third parties.

Bennisson generally does not physically inspect the item being
evaluated.

Authentication is a professional opinion based on the information
available at the time of review.

It is not:

• a guarantee; • a warranty; • an insurance policy; • an appraisal; • a
certification of objective fact.

Hidden conditions, altered components, counterfeit techniques,
undisclosed repairs, or other characteristics may not be detectable from
submitted materials.

Reasonable experts may disagree. Manufacturers may reach different
conclusions. Future physical inspection may produce different findings.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers agree to submit accurate, complete, and unaltered information.
Failure to provide requested information may reduce the reliability of
the resulting opinion.

FEES
